根据教育部对职业教育提出的“三个对接”的新要求,以及社会对技能型高级人才的需求,广西理工职业技术学院、广西理工职业技术学校以室内设计专业开展项目研究,以相关的教学文件为设计依据,树立课程体系改革适应岗位职业能力要求为导向的新理念,构建“工地学校”教学模式并实施,实现校企贯通的合作新理念,采取校企共建,校企共同培养人才,教学内容以实际工程项目进行实战训练,在教学中真正体现了“教、学、做”统一的职业教育特色,实现了“生、师、校、企”四方共赢。
