中海发展(00688,HK)执行董事:孔庆平男,1955年生,董事局主席兼行政总裁。毕业于哈尔滨建筑工程学院(现已并入哈尔滨工业大学)。1982年加入中建总,1987年被派驻本集团,于1997年担任本集团附属公司中国海外建筑有限公司执行董事兼总经理,亦兼任中建总、中国海外集团有限公司的董事,2001年获委任为公司副主席兼行政总裁,2005年3月获委任为公司董事局主席。姚沛福男,1957年生,董事局副主席。毕业于上海同济大学,1971年加入中建总,1987年被派驻本集团,1993年出任公司执行董事,1996年任本公司副主席,同时兼任中国海外集团有限公司董事,具有逾35年的结构工程、项目管理、物业发展及基建投资经验。
China Shipping Development (00688, HK) Executive Director: Kong Qingping Male, born in 1955, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Board. Graduated from Harbin Institute of Architectural Engineering (now incorporated into Harbin Institute of Technology). He joined CCCC in 1982 and was assigned to the Group in 1987. He was an executive director and general manager of China Overseas Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, in 1997 and a director of China Overseas Construction Group and China Overseas Holdings Limited. Appointed as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in March 2005. Yao Peifu male, born in 1957, Vice Chairman of the Board. He graduated from Shanghai Tongji University and joined CCCC in 1971. He was appointed to the Group in 1987, served as an Executive Director of the Company in 1993, served as Vice Chairman of the Company in 1996 and concurrently serves as a director of China Overseas Corporate Group Limited with more than 35 years of structure Engineering, Project Management, Property Development and Infrastructure Investment Experience.
