目的研究分析加减归脾汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠42例疗效观察。方法选取我院收治的42例心脾两虚型失眠患者为研究对象,对照组进行常规治疗,实验组患者给予加减归脾汤治疗。结果实验组中,无效患者为2例(9.52%),有效患者为6例(28.57%),显效患者为7例(33.33%),治愈患者为6例(28.57%)。对照组中,无效患者为6例(28.57%),有效患者为5例(23.80%),显效患者为6例(28.57%),痊愈患者为4例(19.48%)。实验组与对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为90.48%与71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脾两虚型失眠中应用加减归脾汤效果较为理想,能够显著提高治疗有效率,改善失眠症状,具有临床推广的意义。
