随着钻井深度的增加和钻井工艺的发展,对钻柱性能的要求越来越高。由于钻柱在井下工作的条件十分复杂与恶劣,它往往是钻井工具与装备的薄弱环节。钻具事故是最常见的钻井事故,它与井斜问题和钻头的工作状况有着十分紧密的关系,是影响井身质量和钻井速度的重要因素。所以对钻柱的失效机理的分析及控制方法的探讨和研究,提高钻柱的工作性能指标,从而实现和完成各种井下作业具有十分重要的意义。
With the increase of drilling depth and the development of drilling technology, the performance requirements of drill string are getting higher and higher. Due to the complex and harsh conditions under which the drill string works underground, it is often the weakest link in drilling tools and equipment. Drilling accidents are the most common drilling accidents. They are closely related to the inclination problems and the working conditions of drills. They are the important factors that affect well quality and drilling speed. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and control the failure mechanism of drill string and to improve the working performance of drill string in order to realize and complete various downhole operations.
