中国的传统教育一向把伦理道德价值观念的培养,人格的塑造,人文知识的灌输放在中心位置,历两千余年而无改变。这为我们重新认识语文的性质提供了一个值得借鉴的历史背景。而自改革开放以来,中国经济快速发展,人民物质生活水平迅速提高,相比之下精神文明建设显得相对滞后,某些方面呈现令人忧虑的滑坡态势,人们强烈呼吁加强精神文明建设。这是现阶段思考语文问题的现实社会背景。此外,国外一些发达国家在物质文明高度发展的同时,其教育部门日益意识到以文化遗产为支柱课程的通
China’s traditional education has always placed the cultivation of ethical and moral values, the shaping of personality, and the indoctrination of humanistic knowledge in the center. It has not changed for more than two thousand years. This provides us with a historical background worthy of reference for us to reconsider the nature of language. Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly, and people’s material living standards have rapidly increased. In contrast, spiritual civilization construction has lagged behind. In some areas, there has been a worrying decline. People strongly urge the strengthening of spiritual civilization. This is the realistic social background for thinking about language issues at this stage. In addition, while some developed countries in foreign countries are highly developed in material civilization, their education departments are increasingly aware of the importance of using cultural heritage as a pillar course.
