柴油机二次喷射是指主喷油后进入燃烧室的附加喷油。它通常是由于泵与喷油器之间的高压油管内的残余压力波所引起的。当这种压力波超过喷油器开启压力时,便发生二次喷射。 试验表明:试验中所采用的一台美国陆军坦克机动车局(TACOM)单缸机(装有美国波许喷油系统)在正常的运转范围内有二次喷射。按以前报导过的工作,重新设计了喷油泵的溢油孔和出油阀,以排除二次喷射。在同一台发动机上对常用的与改进后的两种喷油系统进行了对比试验,并确定了二次喷射对发动机功率、经济性和废气污染的影响。结论是;二次喷射增加了烟度、未燃碳氢化合物和燃油消耗率,使功率下降。
Diesel secondary injection refers to the main injection into the combustion chamber after the additional injection. It is usually caused by residual pressure waves in the high-pressure tubing between the pump and the injector. When this pressure wave exceeds the injector cracking pressure, secondary injection occurs. Tests showed that a single TACOM single cylinder engine (equipped with Bosch injection system) used in the test had two shots in the normal operation range. According to previously reported work, redesigned the fuel injection pump oil spill hole and the valve to rule out the second injection. In the same engine on the common and improved two kinds of fuel injection system were compared and to determine the secondary injection on the engine power, economy and exhaust pollution. The conclusion is: secondary injection increased smoke, unburned hydrocarbons and fuel consumption, so that the power decline.
