单亲士兵给部队的管理教育带来了新的问题,如何做好单亲士兵各方面的工作,是一个值得探讨的问题,对待单亲士兵首先要了解他们的性格心理,才能有针对性的去做工作。干部要端正对单亲士兵的根本态度;发挥部队教育优势,思想上多引导;培养单亲士兵积极向上的生活态度;以真情换真心,温暖单亲士兵的心灵;科学管理,方法灵活,促进单亲士兵健康成长。
Single-parent soldiers have brought new problems to the army’s management and education. How to do a good job in all aspects of the work of single-parent soldiers is a question worth exploring. To deal with single-parent soldiers, we must first understand their personalities and minds and conduct targeted work. . Cadres should correct the fundamental attitudes towards single-parent soldiers; give full play to their superiority in military education and conduct more ideological guidance; cultivate the positive and progressive attitude of life of single-parent soldiers; and change the hearts and minds of single-parent soldiers with genuine truth; and provide scientific management and flexible methods to promote the health of single soldier soldiers growing up.
