大学生征兵工作事关国计民生,是利国、利军、利民、利生的大事好事。高等学校要结合自身实际,不断健全征兵工作的体制机制,完善工作制度,采取有力措施,鼓励大学生应征入伍、报效祖国,引导学生到军营这所大学校去展示自己的才华、实现人生的理想,积极为国家现代化建设事业培养和输送优秀人才,努力为祖国的国防和军队建设做出应有的贡献。
