档案信息化是档案管理发展的必然方向,也是档案工作适应信息化社会的必然要求,而档案信息化最基础性的工作就是档案信息数据库的建设。档案信息数据库作为档案信息资源采集、处理、存储和传输中心,在档案信息资源中占有举足轻重的作用。如何进行档案信息数据库的建设,是关系档案信息化进程能否顺利进行的关键因素。本文分析了档案信息数据库的概念,讨论了档案信息数据库建设存在的问题,提出了档案信息数据库建设的路径。
File informationization is the inevitable direction for the development of file management, and it is also an inevitable requirement for file work to adapt to information society. The most basic work of file informationization is the construction of file information database. Archives information database as a file information resource acquisition, processing, storage and transmission center, in the file information resources play a decisive role. How to carry out the construction of archives information database is the key factor that whether the progress of archival informationization can be carried out smoothly. This paper analyzes the concept of file information database, discusses the existing problems of file information database construction, and puts forward the path of file information database construction.
