我院对部分晚期食管癌或贲门癌病人采用鲜活泥鳅扩张食管,能使完全梗阻患者恢复半流炊食,收到一定效果,现介绍如下。方法术前将选好直径1.0～2.0cm的鲜活泥鳅放入清水中2～4小时,让其排尽腹内污物。患者治疗前4～6小时禁食、禁水;操作前半小时肌注鲁米那钠100mg+阿托品0.5mg;行口腔表面麻醉,患者取坐位,取备好的泥鳅1条,以海绵钳夹持,头部朝患者胃的方
In our hospital, some patients with advanced esophageal or cardiac cancer use fresh loach to dilate the esophagus, which can enable patients with complete obstruction to resume half-flow foraging and receive certain results.
