学生的个体差异普遍存在,生理发展和心理发展上存在差异,学习能力不一样。教师教学过程中对学生“一刀切”显然难以优化教育。旧有的高校英语课堂将学生聚集在一起采用一样的教学方法授课,难以满足个体化差异,高校课堂对不同的学生划分层次,学习不同的教材,设计不同的学习目标,采用分层次教学法,实现了因材施教,优化了课堂结构,提高了教学质量和教学效率,减轻了学生的学习负担,可以有效的提高学生学习成绩。
Students’ individual differences are ubiquitous, there are differences in physiological development and psychological development, and learning ability is different. Teachers teaching process “students across the board” is obviously difficult to optimize education. The old college English classes bring together students to teach in the same teaching method, which is difficult to meet the individual differences. The college classroom classifies different students, learns different textbooks, designs different learning objectives, and adopts a hierarchical teaching method. It realizes the teaching according to aptitude, optimizes the classroom structure, improves teaching quality and teaching efficiency, lightens students ’learning burden, and can effectively improve students’ academic performance.
