为了解多克隆抗体（ＡＴＧ）治疗移植肾难治性排斥反应的结果，对２９例移植肾难治性排斥反应应用ＡＴＧ治疗。结果２４例急性排斥反应逆转，逆转率为８２７％。说明ＡＴＧ治疗难治性排斥反应效果显著，巨细胞病毒感染及过敏反应是ＡＴＧ治疗的主要副作用。
In order to understand the results of polyclonal antibody (ATG) treatment refractory rejection of renal allograft, 29 cases of refractory rejection of transplanted kidneys were treated with ATG. Results 24 cases of acute rejection reversed, the reversal rate was 827%. ATG treatment refractory rejection was significant, cytomegalovirus infection and allergic reactions are the main side effects of ATG treatment.
