在临氢以及湿硫化氢环境下运行的压力容器,可能会产生氢鼓泡(HB)或氢致开裂(HIC),如图1所示。由于钢材内氢气的聚集,造成钢材发生与表面平行的开裂为HIC,有时HIC呈阶梯状分布,开裂处表面鼓起表现为HB。HB一般可通过宏观检验发现,但初期HB有时鼓包不明显,易被漏检。
Pressure vessels operating in hydrogen and wet hydrogen sulfide atmospheres may generate Hydrogen Bubble (HB) or Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC), as shown in Figure 1. Due to the accumulation of hydrogen in the steel, resulting in the steel surface parallel to the cracking of the HIC, and sometimes HIC was ladder-like distribution, cracked surface bulge showed HB. HB can generally be found by macroscopic examination, but the initial HB drum sometimes is not obvious, easily undetected.
