研究冷轧带钢压下厚度控制和流量厚度控制实现方式的原理,在分析单机架可逆轧机和冷连轧机组的张力控制方式的基础上,指出单机架可逆轧机以及冷连轧机组采用入口恒张力控制的第1机架需采用压下厚度控制实现方式,采用入口张力极限控制的机架需采用流量厚度控制方式,并从流量厚度控制的角度剖析冷连轧轧制特性,分析、比较了流量厚度控制方式在冷连轧机组常规AGC系统、全秒流量AGC系统、扩展秒流量AGC系统中的不同应用。最后总结出2种厚度控制方式在工程应用中的设计原则。
Based on the analysis of the tension control mode of single stand reversing rolling mill and cold tandem rolling mill, the paper points out that single stand reversing rolling mill and cold tandem rolling mill adopt the principle of inlet thickness control and flow thickness control.
