利用正交试验对GA粗品的制备工艺条件进行优选,认为浸渍时间为1h,出汁量为投料量的6倍,硫酸酸化pH值为1时,GA粗品的重量收率、含量和纯品收率在最好水平,而试验选定的溶媒含氨量因素对结果影响不大,可控制在0.5%。从降低成本考虑,并进行生产价值功能试验分析,出汁量可减少至投料量的4倍,余下的2倍量药汁可作为下一料的套用药汁。实验结果说明新工艺优于老工艺,提高了GA粗品的收得率,节约了原料和费用
Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the preparation conditions of GA crude product. It was considered that the immersion time was 1 h, the amount of juice was 6 times the amount of raw material, the acidity of sulfuric acid was 1 and the weight yield, content and pure yield of crude GA were 1. At the best level, the experimentally selected ammonia content of the solvent has little effect on the results and can be controlled at 0.5%. From the perspective of reducing costs and carrying out functional test analysis of production value, the juice output can be reduced to 4 times the amount of feed, and the remaining 2 times of concoction can be used as the next batch of concoction. The experimental results show that the new process is superior to the old process, improving the yield of crude GA products, saving raw materials and costs
