以低温贮藏银杏胚为试材,研究不同取材时期银杏胚的生长长度变化、愈伤组织诱导和分化能力。结果表明:早期取材且低温保存,能减缓胚的生长和发育速度;不同时期胚均能较好的诱导愈伤组织,以10月10日取材在MS培养基上诱导率最高;愈伤组织有一定的分化能力,早期(10月3日至11月16日)取材能诱导出胚性愈伤和不定芽,晚期(11月16日以后)取材能诱导出不定芽和不定根,诱导频率较低。
The storage of Ginkgo biloba embryo at low temperature was used to study the changes of ginkgo biloba embryogenic growth and callus induction and differentiation in different materials. The results showed that early harvesting and low temperature preservation could slow down the growth and development of embryos. Callus induction was better at different embryos. The highest induction rate was obtained on MS medium on October 10. The callus Certain differentiation ability, early (October 3 to November 16) can induce embryogenic callus and adventitious buds, late (after November 16) can induce adventitious buds and adventitious roots, the induction frequency is lower .
