目的探讨负压封闭引流联合氧气治疗Ⅳ期压疮的效果。方法选择压疮患者30例,随机分为两组,对照组采取VSD治疗,观察组以VSD治疗为主,并辅以间断高浓度氧气治疗。对两组治疗前后的疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为80.0%,高于对照组的总有效率(53.3%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 VSD联合氧气治疗对压疮创面感染的防治效果良好。认为VSD负压吸引技术联合氧气治疗Ⅳ期压疮操作简单、适用性强,能加速组织生长,促进愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure closed drainage combined with oxygen on stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer. Methods Thirty patients with pressure ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with VSD. The observation group was treated with VSD and interrupted by high concentration of oxygen. The curative effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group after treatment was 80.0%, higher than that of control group (53.3%), P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion VSD combined with oxygen therapy has a good effect on prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer wound infection. That VSD vacuum suction technology combined with oxygen treatment stage Ⅳ pressure ulcers simple operation, applicability, can accelerate tissue growth and promote healing.
