本交使用右心导管法,直接观测30例肺动脉高压者相应部位的压力及血氧含量,用Fick's公式计算心排血量(CO),心脏排血指数(CI),体循环阻力(SVR),肺循环阻力(PVR),意在观察探讨钙拮抗剂硝苯吡啶、硫氮■酮对肺动脉高压的降压效果及血流动力学影响。结果表明硝苯吡啶、硫氧■酮对肺动脉压力分别降低12.62%及9.56%;对肺循环阻力分别降低16.71%及12.00%;心排血量分别提高17.40%及17.16%,经统计学处理有非常显著意义。
In this study, right ventricular catheterization was used to directly observe the pressure and blood oxygen content of the corresponding parts of 30 patients with pulmonary hypertension. The cardiac output (CO), cardiac output index (CI), systemic resistance (SVR) ), And pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nifedipine and thiomersal on hypotensive pulmonary hypertension and hemodynamics. The results showed that nifedipine and thioxetasone reduced pulmonary artery pressure by 12.62% and 9.56% respectively, resistance to pulmonary circulation decreased by 16.71% and 12.00% respectively, and cardiac output increased by 17.40% And 17.16% respectively, which is statistically significant.
