我单位在中日友好医院楼梯扶手安装中,采用了化学锚固螺栓法。安装工序如下:外墙饰面甩一道涂料,弹线,确定螺栓孔位置,钻孔,孔径为φ18毫米,清理、安装锚固螺栓,自然养护18小时,孔口捻灰,安装扶手连接件,扶手就位固定及伸缩缝处理,做外墙交活涂料,施工完毕。这种锚固方法,钻孔要求较深,锚固时间间隔较长,当螺栓装入后,口部四周需捻灰或抹灰找平。见图1。
