从冷加工质量、材料组织性能、服役条件与断裂特征等方面分析了GCr15钢圈成型模具早期断裂失效的原因.不同模具中分别存在网状碳化物、粗大马氏体组织、回火不足等热加工缺陷以及过渡圆角尖锐等冷加工缺陷.模具断裂失效是冷、热加工缺陷综合作用造成的.
The causes of early failure of GCr15 steel ring forming die are analyzed from the aspects of cold working quality, material properties, service conditions and fracture characteristics. Different molds exist meshwork carbides, coarse martensite, insufficient tempering and other thermal processing defects and transition fillet sharp cold processing defects. Mold fracture failure is cold, thermal processing defects caused by the combined effect.
