目的探究螺旋CT的多平面重建技术在脑垂体瘤中的应用。方法 41例临床怀疑脑垂体瘤患者,分别采用常规CT、多平面重建(MPR)、三维立体成像(SSD)成像。比较评估结果。结果 MPR在垂体瘤显示临床应用价值评估结果 ,其与常规CT相差不大,但明显高于SSD。MPR在垂体瘤与周围组织关系的解剖结构显示的专家评估应用价值和三种影像对垂体瘤手术入路指导的专家评估应用价值中高于常规CT和SSD。常规CT、MPR、SSD的专家评估结果 Kappa值均≥0.75。结论 MPR技术成像速度快、方法简单,能够为医生手术入路提供可靠直观的线路图,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in pituitary tumors. Methods Forty-one patients with suspected pituitary adenoma were enrolled in this study. Conventional CT, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and three-dimensional imaging (SSD) were performed respectively. Compare the evaluation results. Results MPR in pituitary adenoma showed clinical evaluation of the value of the results, with conventional CT or less, but significantly higher than the SSD. The anatomical structure of MPR in the relationship between the pituitary tumor and the surrounding tissue showed that the application value of expert evaluation and the application value of three images in the expert assessment of the guidance of pituitary tumor surgical approach were higher than that of conventional CT and SSD. Conventional CT, MPR, SSD expert assessment results Kappa values were ≥ 0.75. Conclusion The MPR technique has the advantages of fast imaging speed, simple method, and reliable and intuitive route map for the surgeons. It is worth popularizing and applying.
