对电厂用三过悬吊钢管的加工直道进行了宏观和微观形态分析、硬度测试。结果表明:该加工直道内充满氧化物,两侧有氧化物质点及脱碳现象;悬吊管加工直道产生的主要原因是:夹杂物本身熔点较低,在轧制加热温度已处于熔融状态,易与氧化物结合,同时沿轧制方向,因其强度、韧性及变形能力不同,割裂基体金属,导致钢管受轧制螺旋力的作用后表层开裂。
The macroscopic and microscopic morphological analysis and hardness test of the straight straightening process of the three over-suspended steel pipes were carried out.
