查阅相关文献,运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对中医院校40名女大学生的柔韧素质进行调查与分析,结果显示五禽戏习练者的柔韧素质在锻炼前后差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。作为中华民族的宝贵文化遗产和传统养生术中流传最广的五禽戏,对大学女生柔韧素质的影响有着独特的优势和显著的效果。 Access to relevant documents, the use of literature, experimental methods and mathematical statistics of 40 colleges and universities of Chinese college students flexible quality investigation and analysis of the results showed that the players of the Five Poultry Players flexible quality before and after exercise were highly statistically significant (P <0.01). As the precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation and the most widely circulated five-bird opera in traditional regimen, it has unique advantages and remarkable effects on the flexible quality of university girls.
