《工友》编辑部:我们是事业单位,有一名职工在今年5月8日以书面形式向单位提出辞职。该职工1999年大学毕业后就被分配到了我单位工作。由于该职工是单位的专业技术骨干,并列为重点培养对象,目前正担任项目负责人,并组织编写该项目的普查工作设计,同时该职工所担任某项目技术负责的工作报告正处于评审之中。因目前该工作暂未结束等原因,单位经研究决定,不同意其辞职。但该职工还是于7月13日在未办理任何手续的情况下,不辞而别,到了另外一家企业。请问:我单位是否可以给予该职工办
