关节置换术是用人工制造的关节代替疼痛且丧失功能关节的方法,常用于髋关节及膝关节,该类手术已广泛见于二级以上综合医院及专科医院的关节外科、创伤外科及骨外科,编码人员要熟练的运用ICD-9-CM-3的编码给予分类。在ICD-9-CM-3中手术的分类应从手术的(范围)部位、术式、入路、疾病性质等方面综合考虑。查阅淄博市、县级15家综合医院2015年一季度髋膝关节置换术及其相关手术共142例的编码情况,分析关节置换的一般情况,不同部位、不同术式及手术中伴随情况对髋关节置换术、膝关节置换术编码的影响,对髋和膝关节置换术的ICD-9-CM-3分类原则进行探讨。
