目的:了解延边地区大学生人际信任与交往焦虑的现状,为进一步开展大学生心理健康教育提供参考。方法:以便利抽样方法抽取延边某大学不同专业在校生295名,采用人际信任量表、交往焦虑量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:人际信任与性别、生源地、性格有关,交往焦虑与生源地、性格有关(均p<0.05)。人际信任与交往焦虑呈负相关。结论:人际信任感指数越高的大学生交往焦虑感指数越低。
Objective: To understand the status quo of interpersonal trust and anxiety among undergraduates in Yanbian area, and to provide reference for further developing college students’ mental health education. Methods: A total of 295 students from different majors in a university in Yanbian were sampled by convenience sampling method. Questionnaire was conducted using interpersonal trust scale and interpersonal anxiety scale. Results: Interpersonal trust was related to gender, origin, personality and communication anxiety (P <0.05). Interpersonal trust and social anxiety were negatively correlated. Conclusion: The higher the index of interpersonal trust, the lower the index of anxiety of college students.
