在6只清醒、可活动的猕猴上观察了大脑皮层体感I区(SI区)皮层内注射微量氯化钙对外周皮肤痛阂和针刺镇痛的影响。结果:①SI区皮层内注射182mmol/L氯化钙5μl,对侧肢体皮肤痛闽由0.63±0.03mA增高至1.08±0.07mA,p<0.001。②针刺足三里穴,痛阂明显升高(P<0.01),由0.55±0.04mA升高至1.22±0.06mA,而针刺穴位井同时皮层内注射氯化钙时,痛阂进一步增高至1.44±0.1mA。同时针刺穴位及皮层内注射氯化钙与单纯针刺穴位时痛阂变化比较p<0.05。③每只实验猴皮层内注射相同容量生理盐水,均未见痛阈发生明显变化(P>0.05)。结果表明:皮层内注射氯化钙可使外周皮肤痛阈明显升高并加强针刺镇痛效应。提示皮层内钙离子参与SI区皮层对外周皮肤痛觉及针刺镇痛的调制。
The effect of intracortical injection of trace calcium chloride on peripheral dermal dysfunction and acupuncture analgesia was observed on six conscious, movable macaques. Suggesting that intracellular cortical calcium ion involved in SI cortical skin pain and acupuncture analgesia modulation.
