充分发挥师生互动的积极作用是促进教学工作、实施素质教育的一项重要教学工程。随着数学改革的不断深入,如何科学地、有效地进行课堂教学,积极探索师生互动在数学教学中的作用和研究数学课堂交流对学生学习积极性、思维能力及学习效果的影响,建立一种师生平等、相互交流的和谐课堂气氛,使课堂成为师生的共同舞台更为重要。笔者认为采取边行动、边研究、边总结、边改进的做法以及用经验总结法归纳和探索适合于学生的课堂教学模式,对“课改”理念下的课堂教学提出平等、合作与交流、相互理解、转变角色起着主导作用,也是推进教育改革,提高学生应用数学能力的必要条件与途径,师生互动,方法可行,效果明显,威力无穷。

Interaction between teachers and students is feasible and the method is feasible with obvious effects and great power.
