目的通过分析烟台市接尘工人胸片检查结果,探索尘肺病重点监护人群。方法对2015年度3 339名接受高仟伏胸片或DR检查的接尘工人检查结果进行分析,从工龄、企业规模、行业、粉尘类型、性别等维度探讨胸片出现尘肺样改变或其他异常的工人分布情况。结果接受胸片检查的3 339名接尘工人中,就职于其他行业、接触其他类粉尘和女性接尘工人中出现尘肺样改变或其他异常的比例较低(P<0.05)。结论在今后尘肺防治工作中,应把大型采矿业、制造业企业中接触矽尘、煤尘和石棉尘,且工龄≥20 a的男性接尘工人作为职业健康监护的重点人群。 Objective To analyze the results of chest X-ray examination of workers exposed to dust in Yantai to explore the key guardianship groups of pneumoconiosis. Methods The results of 3 339 workers exposed to high-kV chest radiographs or DR were analyzed in 2015. The results of pneumoconiosis or other abnormalities in the chest radiographs were analyzed based on the length of service, size of enterprise, industry, type of dust and sex Workers distribution. Results Of the 3 339 dust-pick workers who underwent chest radiography, those working in other professions had lower rates of pneumoconiosis or other abnormalities in workers exposed to other types of dust and female workers (P <0.05). Conclusions In the future pneumoconiosis prevention and control work, male dust-contact workers who are exposed to silica dust, coal dust and asbestos dust in large-scale mining and manufacturing enterprises should be taken as the key occupational health monitoring staff.
