银杏在我省有着悠久的种植历史。全省现存古老银杏树30株,其中最古老的两株达2400～2500余年,其余均在700～1000年左右,多散生于长城以南各地的古刹寺庙、名胜古迹处。近年来笔者对全省古银杏资源进行了调查研究,经现场调查选择和园圃嫁接验证,古银杏树品种多梅核类和马铃类。古银杏树品种以易州大白果(大梅核)与迁安银杏(大马铃)两品种较佳,主要表现在核大、种仁品质好,嫁接后结实较早。
Ginkgo has a long history of planting in our province. The province’s existing 30 ancient ginkgo trees, of which the oldest two strains of 2,400 to 2,500 years, the rest are 700 to 1,000 years or so, scattered scattered around the Great Wall in the temples, monuments.
