明中期以来,关于建文帝出亡的传说层出不穷,万历年间托名史仲彬所著的伪书《致身录》可视为关于这一传说的集大成之作。以往学界研究,往往偏重于传说内容的考证,而对影响文本形成的因素关注不够。本文以《致身录》出现前后的江南地区为考察场域,从当时的士人交往、地域家族及明代国家政策角度出发,进一步发掘《致身录》所蕴含的历史信息,试图为明代文化的解读提供一种方式。
