根据相对运动原理,建立1∶4的缩尺寸模型,采用变频风机提供风速模拟列车在隧道中的运动。基于热失重法开展不同速度运行的铁路货车发生火灾时的热释放速率测定试验,得到热释放速率曲线。研究结果表明:控制燃烧环境的条件下,采用单角点火,随着铁路货车运行速度的增加,火灾热释放速率的最大值随之增加,到达最大值的时间逐渐减小,同时火灾增长速率增加;铁路货车从隧道入口着火后运行到隧道救援站过程中,为了保证安全,应适当降低运行速度。
According to the principle of relative motion, a 1: 4 scale model is established, and the inverter fan is used to provide the wind speed to simulate the movement of the train in the tunnel. Based on the TG method, the heat release rate of fire in railway wagons with different speeds was tested and the heat release rate curve was obtained. The results show that with the control of the combustion environment, single-point ignition is applied. With the increase of the running speed of railway wagons, the maximum value of the heat release rate increases with the increase of the railway wagons, and the time to reach the maximum decreases and the rate of fire increase increases ; In the course of running the railway wagon from tunnel entrance to tunnel rescue station, in order to ensure safety, the running speed should be properly reduced.
