一、对计划内亏损企业减亏、扭亏成绩显著的厂长(经理)、书记及主要有功人员,经有关部门核实后,可批准晋升一级工资。二、各计划内亏损企业要根据市核定的亏损指标逐月分解,层层落实,突破亏损指标的企业职工,发75%工资。计划外亏损的企业职工,从今年第四季度起发75%工资,到企业扭亏为盈止。无论是计划内还是计划外亏损企业,都要从75%工资中提取15%进行浮动,作奖金使用。
1. The director (manager), secretary, and key meritorious personnel who have suffered losses in the planned loss-making enterprises and who have achieved significant losses will be allowed to be promoted to the first-grade salary after being verified by relevant departments.
