本文研究了以氟碳铈矿加碳酸钠焙烧-稀盐酸浸出工艺所得的铈富集物为原料,直接制取高效稀土抛光粉的适宜工艺,研究了焙烧条件对抛光粉性能的影响。结果表明,该工艺所得铈富集物在800℃下焙烧3h制备的稀土抛光粉(简称L-2型),其抛蚀量为37.4mg/10min,比以上述原料在500℃下焙烧所得抛光粉(简称L-1型)的抛蚀量提高近一个数量级。用粒度仪、SEM、XRD等分析手段对其性能进行了检测,得出L-2型抛光粉的d50=1.94μm,颗粒均匀,物相组成主要为面心立方CeO2。所得研究结果为采用该工艺制取稀土抛光粉提供了基础数据。
In this paper, we studied the suitable process of preparing high-efficiency rare earth polishing powder directly from the cerium enriched material obtained from the bastnaesite-sodium carbonate roasting-dilute hydrochloric acid leaching process, and studied the influence of roasting conditions on the performance of the polishing powder. The results show that the rare earth polishing powder (L-2 type) prepared by calcination of the cerium-enriched material obtained at 800 ° C. for 3 h has a corrosion loss of 37.4 mg / 10 min, which is higher than that of the above raw material calcined at 500 ° C. Polishing powder (L-1 type for short) the amount of erosion increased nearly an order of magnitude. The particle size, SEM, XRD and other analytical means were used to test its properties. The results showed that the d50 of L-2 type polishing powder was 1.94μm, the particles were homogeneous and the phase composition was mainly face-centered cubic CeO2. The results obtained provide the basic data for the preparation of rare earth polishing powder by this process.
