目的研究黄连、痢特灵、黄连与痢特灵联用对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、福氏志贺菌和大肠杆菌的体外抗菌作用。方法采用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法进行体外抑菌试验,测定黄连和痢特灵以及它们联合应用对4种细菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果黄连联用痢特灵对4种菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均比单用低。结论黄连与痢特灵联用对4种菌的抑制具有协同作用。
Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial effects of Rhizoma Coptidis, Furazolidone, Rhizoma Coptidis and Furazolidone on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Shigella flexneri and Escherichia coli. Methods In vitro antibacterial test was conducted by double dilution of tube and agar plate method to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of berberine and furazolidone and their combination on four kinds of bacteria. The results showed that the concentration of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Huanglianlian with furazolidone was lower than that of single use. Conclusion The combined use of Coptis and furazolidin has a synergistic effect on the inhibition of four kinds of bacteria.
