目的探讨乳腺癌中SOX2表达与血管生成的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测90例乳腺癌中SOX2的表达,并用CD105标记血管。结果 SOX2阳性率、MVD值在淋巴结转移组为84.6%、11.51±2.11,无淋巴结转移组为44%、10.00±1.63,差异显著(P<0.01)。SOX2阳性率、MVD值在组织学分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ组为82.4%、11.40±2.13(P<0.01),I级组为45.5%、10.14±1.67(P<0.05),差异均显著。MVD值在SOX2阳性组为11.62±2.05,阴性组为9.63±1.41,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论 SOX2阳性提示肿瘤的高侵袭性。SOX2可能通过促进血管生成导致肿瘤淋巴结转移。
Objective To investigate the relationship between SOX2 expression and angiogenesis in breast cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of SOX2 in 90 cases of breast cancer. The blood vessels were labeled with CD105. Results The positive rates of SOX2 and MVD were 84.6% and 11.51 ± 2.11 in lymph node metastasis group and 44% and 10.00 ± 1.63 in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.01). The positive rates of SOX2 and MVD in histological grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ group were 82.4%, 11.40 ± 2.13 (P <0.01), 45.5% in I group and 10.14 ± 1.67 (P <0.05), respectively. The MVD value was 11.62 ± 2.05 in SOX2 positive group and 9.63 ± 1.41 in negative group (P <0.01). Conclusion SOX2 positivity suggests high invasiveness of the tumor. SOX2 may cause tumor lymph node metastasis by promoting angiogenesis.
