从学校管理学的角度来看,教学过程同时是管理过程。管理的重要职能在于调控。教学评估能够使师生和教学管理部门准确地获得各种反馈信息,从而对教学过程进行调节和控制,使教学得以按照既定目标进行,发挥最优教学效果。为了逐步建立我院的教学信息反馈系统和教学质量控制系统,不断深化教学改革,提高教学质量,我们于去年底对物理、政教两个系有关学科教师的课堂教学质量进行了评估的初步尝试。
From the school management point of view, the teaching process is also a management process. The important function of management lies in regulation and control. Teaching assessment enables teachers and students and teaching management departments to accurately obtain various feedback information so that the teaching process can be adjusted and controlled so that teaching can be conducted according to the established goal and the best teaching effect can be achieved. In order to gradually establish a teaching information feedback system and a teaching quality control system in our hospital and continuously deepen the teaching reform and improve the quality of teaching, we conducted an initial attempt to assess the quality of classroom teaching conducted by the two departments of physics, politics and religion at the end of last year.
