通过对我国2005年以来粉尘爆炸事故的统计与分析,揭示出我国粉尘防爆监管的历史和现状,提出了我国粉尘防爆领域存在的问题,并对问题的改进与解决提出了建议。粉尘爆炸是火焰在可燃粉尘与氧化性气氛(通常是空气)形成的粉尘云中快速传播,导致压力显著上升的现象。只要粒度足够小,几乎所有能与氧气发生放热反应(能燃烧)的粉尘都会发生爆炸。
Through the statistics and analysis of the dust explosion accident in our country since 2005, the history and current situation of dust explosion prevention in our country are revealed. The existing problems in the field of dust explosion prevention in our country are put forward. Some suggestions are put forward for the improvement and solution of the problem. Dust explosion is the rapid propagation of a flame in a dust cloud formed by a combustible dust and an oxidizing atmosphere, usually air, resulting in a significant increase in pressure. As long as the particle size is small enough, almost any dust that can react exothermically with oxygen (which can burn) will explode.
