目的 :观察黄芪冻干粉 (L PA)对心脏的药理作用。方法 :采用 L angedorff氏方法观察 L PA对冠脉流量、心肌收缩力及心率的影响。结果 :L PA可明显增加冠脉流量 (P<0 .0 1)、显著减慢心率 (P<0 .0 1)和降低心博幅度(P<0 .0 1)。结论 :L PA具有明显降低心肌兴奋性作用 ,从而导致心率减慢及心肌收缩力降低。由于心舒期的增长及心肌收缩力的降低 ,延长了冠状动脉的灌注时间及减轻了心肌对冠状动脉及其分枝的压迫 ,使冠脉流量明显增加。
Objective : To observe the pharmacological effects of lyophilized Huangqi (L PA) on the heart. Methods : Langedorff’s method was used to observe the effects of L PA on coronary flow, myocardial contractility and heart rate. Results: L PA significantly increased coronary flow (P<0.01), significantly reduced heart rate (P<0.01), and reduced cardiac rate (P<0.01). Conclusion : L PA has a significant effect on reducing myocardial excitability, resulting in slower heart rate and decreased myocardial contractility. Due to the increase of the diastolic phase and the decrease of myocardial contractility, the perfusion time of the coronary arteries is prolonged, and the pressure on the coronary arteries and their branches is reduced and the coronary blood flow is significantly increased.
