快速鑽模的构造如[图一]所示:导板1用螺帽3装於滑柱2上,齒輪轴5装于底座架中,通过滑柱2滑动的孔而与滑柱上齒条结合;因而当轴5转动时,导板1作垂直运动。轴5右端的手柄4及滾柱销6用来转动齒輪及锁住轴5;因而当导板下降时夹紧工件,并用柱头9来定位。全部夹紧、操作、放松,均由手柄4操纵,故生产效率甚高,在先进国家已被广泛应用于生产中,减少了辅助时间。
