一、问题的提出定压网络油马达系统(又称二次调节系统)是一种新型的有很大节能潜力的容积传动系统。该系统主要由一个接在定压网络中的变量油马达和蓄能器组成。已有的研究表明,要使二次调节系统正常工作,引入马达轴的转速反馈是必不可少的。此外,若使系统稳定,必须满足下述两个条件之一:1.只采用马达轴转速反馈,构成单环系统,但在控制器中必须含有带微分性质的算法。
First, the issue put forward Constant pressure network oil motor system (also known as secondary regulation system) is a new type of volume transmission system with great energy saving potential. The system consists of a variable oil motor and accumulator connected to a constant pressure network. Existing research shows that to make the secondary regulation system work properly, the introduction of the motor shaft speed feedback is essential. In addition, if the system is stable, one of the following two conditions must be met: 1. Use only the motor shaft speed feedback to form a single loop system, but the controller must contain algorithms with differential properties.
