目的 探讨组织蛋白酶D(CD)、表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)生物学行为间的关系及其发生浸润转移的机制。方法 应用免疫组化ABC法检测 33例BTCC及 12例正常膀胱组织中CD、EGFR的表达。结果 正常膀胱移行细胞CD均呈弱阳性表达 ,BTCC组肿瘤细胞CD中 /强阳性表达率显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且在不同病理分级 ,临床分期 ,单发与多发 ,初发与复发组间均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。BTCC组CD、EGFR的过表达率有显著相关性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD与BTCC生物学特性密切相关 ,与EGFR协同作用促进肿瘤发生浸润转移。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cathepsin D (CD) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the biological behavior of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC) and the mechanism of its invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of CD and EGFR in 33 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results CD positive cells in normal bladder transitional cell showed a weak positive expression. The rate of CD / M positive expression in BTCC group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.05), and in different pathological grade, clinical stage, single and multiple , There was a significant difference between the initial group and the recurrent group (P <0.05). The overexpression rates of CD and EGFR in BTCC group were significantly correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion CD is closely related to the biological characteristics of BTCC, and synergistically with EGFR to promote tumor invasion and metastasis.
