对两种焊接匹配的Q235A结构钢焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,在循环应力比R=0.2的实验条件下,高强度焊缝金属的抗疲劳裂纹扩展能力较好;仍可用Paris公式来描述焊缝金属的亚临界疲劳裂纹扩展过程。分析了显微组织对疲劳裂纹扩展性能的影响。
The fatigue crack growth performance of two types of welded Q235A structural steel welded joints was studied experimentally. The results show that under the experimental conditions of cyclic stress ratio R = 0.2, the fatigue crack propagation resistance of high strength weld metal is better. The Paris formula can be used to describe the subcritical fatigue crack growth process of weld metal. The effect of microstructure on fatigue crack propagation was analyzed.
