【目的】了解2000~2007年南京市集体儿童健康状况及托幼机构卫生保健状况的动态变化趋势,以采取有效的干预措施,指导托幼机构的卫生保健工作。【方法】分析2000~2007年南京市托幼机构集体儿童保健工作及保健制度执行情况年报表。【结果】2000~2007年南京市托幼机构卫生保健合格率逐年上升,集体儿童的受检率2007年已达98%以上;儿童体重、身高达均值以上率呈逐年上升趋势,在园儿童体重达标率和身高达标率差异有显著性(P<0.01);肥胖儿发生率逐年上升;营养性缺铁性贫血、乳牙龋齿患病率呈逐年下降趋势。【结论】重点加强对肥胖儿童的管理干预及农村托幼机构的卫生保健规范化管理,提高儿童健康水平。
【Objective】 To understand the dynamic changes of health status of collective children and nurseries in Nanjing from 2000 to 2007 to take effective interventions to guide the health care work of nurseries. 【Method】 The annual report on the implementation of collective child health care and health care system in kindergartens and nurseries in Nanjing from 2000 to 2007 was analyzed. 【Results】 The passing rate of health care in kindergartens and nurses in Nanjing increased year by year from 2000 to 2007, and the check-up rate of collective children reached over 98% in 2007; the above rates of children’s weight and height reached a year-by-year upward trend, The difference between standard rate and standard rate was significant (P <0.01). The prevalence of obese children increased year by year. The prevalence of nutritional iron deficiency anemia and deciduous dental caries showed a declining trend year by year. 【Conclusion】 Emphasis is placed on management intervention in obese children and standardized management of health care in nurseries in rural areas so as to improve children’s health.
