目的研究硫酰氟熏蒸除虫的优化条件。方法采用静式呼吸道吸入染毒法对试虫(德国小蠊)进行熏蒸处理,观察中毒症状与死亡情况,运用二次响应面回归模型对实验数据进行拟合及预测分析。结果响应面模型差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.0001),总决定系数R2=0.7848,模型的一次项、二次项与交叉项均有统计学意义,其决定系数分别为0.1493、0.1902和0.4453。应用该模型对硫酰氟熏蒸灭蟑的剂量与作用时间值进行预测与分析。结论基本确定硫酰氟熏蒸灭蟑的最佳剂量与作用时间的关系,为该熏蒸剂的科学、合理利用提供依据。
Objective To study the optimum conditions of fumigation and decontamination of sulfuryl fluoride. Methods The inhalation and inhalation of static inhalation was used to fumigate the test insects (Blattella germanica). The symptom and death of the testis were observed. The response data were fitted and predicted by the second response surface regression model. Results The response surface model showed a significant difference (P <0.0001), with a total determination coefficient of R2 = 0.7848. The primary, secondary and cross terms of the model were statistically significant with coefficients of determination of 0.1493, 0.902 and 0.4453, respectively. The model was used to predict and analyze the dose and duration of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation. Conclusion The relationship between the optimal dose of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation and cockroach elimination and the action time is basically determined, which provides the basis for the scientific and rational utilization of the fumigant.
