我校是一所有七百多名学生、二十九名教师的农村完全小学。教师原来的文化程度不高,初中毕业和不及初中水平的占教师总人数的80%,而且其中大多数又是1958年下半年才参加工作的。为适应教育大革命和提高教学质量的要求,几年来,我们在党的领导下,采取了自力更生的办法来积极培养和提高教师,促进了教学质量的提高。这里谈谈我们是怎样组织和引导我校教师搞好函授学习的。 Our school is a rural primary school with more than 700 students and 29 teachers.
