为提升企业核心竞争力及信息化技术水平,打造集中式、服务化的信息化支撑平台,从而促进企业信息服务产业的发展。随着石油行业产业结构和生产规模的不断发展,产业也相应的扩展到陆地应用,很多业务都涉及到陆地上的安全生产。与此同时传统信息管理仍有待提高,不能满足业务拓展带来的基于地理信息和业务数据相结合管理的需求。
