采用MCI柱色谱、ODS反相硅胶柱色谱和硅胶柱色谱等对黄秋葵Abelmoschus esculentus氯仿部位的化学成分进行研究,共得到12个化合物。依据其波谱数据和理化性质,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、3,7-二羟基-5-豆甾烯(2)、熊果酸(3)、达玛-24-烯-3-乙酰氧基-20-醇(4)、达玛-3,25-二醇-20,24-环氧-3-乙酰酯(5)、-棕榈精(6)、黄花菜木脂素A(7)、黄花菜木脂素C(8)、异降香萜烯醇乙酸酯(9)、东莨菪亭(10)、丁香脂素(11)和黑立脂素苷(12),其中化合物2~12均为首次报导从黄秋葵中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Abelmoschus esculentus were studied by MCI column chromatography, ODS reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and silica gel column chromatography. Twelve compounds were obtained. According to their spectral data and physical and chemical properties, they were identified as quercetin (1), 3,7-dihydroxy-5-stigmatene (2), ursolic acid (3) Acetoxy-20-ol (4), Damma-3,25-diol-20,24-epoxy-3-acetyl ester (5), palmityl 7), lignocellulosic C (8), isoetron terpenoid alcohol acetate (9), scopoletin (10), melatonin (11) and melatonin (12) Compounds 2 ~ 12 were the first reports from okra isolated.
