目的我们观察孕妇体操对产后抑郁症的影响,期望为临床实践中提供有益的帮助。方法对我院2005年12月至2007年2月的参加孕妇体操和正常分娩的孕妇,应用产后精神抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)分析、比较产后抑郁症的发生情况。结果发现孕妇体操能显著减少产后抑郁的发生,并能增加自然分娩率,值得临床推广。结论孕妇体操是一种经济实用、便捷、值得临床推广的预防产妇产后抑郁症的方法。
Objective We observe the effect of pregnant woman gymnastics on postpartum depression, expecting to provide beneficial help in clinical practice. Methods Pregnant women who participated in gymnastics and normal delivery in our hospital from December 2005 to February 2007 were analyzed by SDS and SAS respectively to compare postpartum depression What happened? The results showed that pregnant women gymnastics can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum depression, and can increase the rate of natural childbirth, worthy of clinical promotion. Conclusion Pregnant women gymnastics is a practical, convenient, and worthy of clinical promotion of postpartum depression prevention methods.
