采用真空熔覆方法,在Q235 A试样表面制成厚0.1mm的镍基 碳化铬硬面复合涂层。通过试验比较涂层试样与无涂层试样的疲劳寿命。借助测量结合界面附近的化学成分,不仅得到了涂层与母材之间的元素扩散情况,而且能够分析界面的结合强度。
Using vacuum cladding method, the surface of the Q235 A sample is made of nickel-based chromium carbide hard-coated with a thickness of 0.1mm. The fatigue life of the coated and uncoated specimens was compared by testing. By measuring the chemical composition in the vicinity of the interface, not only the elemental diffusion between the coating and the base metal but also the bonding strength of the interface can be analyzed.
